The Rink at 401 Park

The Rink at 401 Park is Boston’s Winter Playground, right in the heart of The Fenway. This new ice skating venue gives family and friends, neighbors and colleagues, the opportunity to get outside and stay active all season.
Centrally located between Time Out Market Boston and Trillium Fenway, The Rink adds entertainment to an already bustling neighborhood! The Skating Club of Boston Skating Academy is joining the fun in this inaugural season to offer skating lessons on Saturdays, from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
Public Skate Operating Schedule: The Rink at 401 Park is open 7 days a week.
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Special Events: The Rink at 401 Park hosts events open to the public all season long. Keep an eye on their calendar for events that include The Skating Club of Boston Skating Academy lessons, DJ nights, and themed parties throughout the winter.
Skate Rentals: Rentals are available for $6.00.
Fun, goal-oriented program for beginners, children (age 7+) through adult. Skaters will receive Basic Skills instruction following U.S. Figure Skating and USA Hockey curriculum. Basic Skills sessions offered: Basic Skills 1-6 and Adult 1-6.

Prior to becoming both the Fenway and Beverly Campus Manager, Lisa Coppola was a coach with The Skating Club of Boston® Skating Academy for eight years. As a skater, she skated competitively for fifteen years and is a New England Regional medalist and Eastern Sectional competitor. She was the 1980 Olympic alternate and a Senior Freestyle Champion (Italy). In 1981 she was a World Team competitor and has toured with Ice Follies Holiday. – continue reading –
