Frog Pond Campus classes are held at the beautiful outdoor rink on the historic Boston Common in the middle of downtown Boston. Skating Academy group lessons are held while Frog Pond is closed to the public so the entire rink is available to learn, practice and enjoy. Skate rental fees are included in the class price! This is an outdoor rink with no indoor seating or heated area so please dress accordingly.

This is where it all begins! These classes are designed to help children six and younger develop the ABCs of movement – Agility, Balance, Coordination and speed. The ABCs are essential for developing fundamental movement skills and physical literacy. Basic Skills

Fun, goal-oriented program for beginners, children (age 4+) through adults. Skaters will receive Basic Skills instruction following the Learn to Skate USA curriculum endorsed by U.S. Figure Skating and USA Hockey.
